CallRoot-Zoho integration sends phone call data from CallRoot into Zoho lead/contact activities.
All the marketing calls coming from unknown numbers create new leads in Zoho. Once visitors on your website make a call to our tracking numbers, their call details and call recording get logged into Zoho (Only when you have call recording set as “on” while you are creating a campaign on CallRoot).
Also, with this integration, you will be able to track the source of the caller. This will help you in determining which marketing campaign is driving the more number of inbound calls or sales.
To enable the CallRoot Call Tracking integration with Zoho follow the steps below:
- Login to your CallRoot account and click on Integrations.
- Click on connect button corresponding next to Zoho.
- Click on Accept to connect your Zoho CRM with CallRoot.
- That’s it, once you connect your Zoho account, all the calls that goes through CallRoot will get logged into Zoho under a lead/contact. The Activities will provide you with all the information of the call such as, CallRoot campaign name, CallRoot tracking number on which you got the call, Call duration, Source of the visitor who called you, Keyword visitor used to search your website and call recording.
