CallRoot - Interactive voice Response(IVR), lets you setup an IVR for all the inbound calls, that you get after you setup a CallRoot campaign.

IVR lets you direct calls to multiple destination number according to the option the caller choose by the pressing the key on their dialer.

How does Interactive Voice Response is setup?

  • You can setup the IVR while creating a CallRoot campaign and choosing the option "setup an IVR".
  • Enter destination number corresponding to a key press.
  • Lets say if you wish to forward call to your sales team when the user presses 1, then enter the number of your sales team after selecting 1 from the drop down.
